PanamericanTranslations.com, offers an express warranty regarding quality for our translations.
If you are not satisfied with an assignment, we will provide another translation version at our expense. If the second version is not acceptable, we will full refund you.

Terms of Sale

The following conditions are applied to all work done by PanamericanTranslations.com.

1.- All translations requests require an order stipulating the price established and accepted by the parties. The translation
    request will be sent by the customer by email, ordinary mail or other electronic means and PanamericanTranslations.com
    will reply providing the order number, the number of words, the price, delivery date and other details. It is
    PanamericanTranslations.com authority to reserve the right to refuse to begin work before a pre-set order.

2.- In case the translation request include technical documents, they must be accompanied by reference documents such as
charts, diagrams or other means that provide a better understanding of them.

3.- PanamericanTranslations.com offers the highest translation quality service, combined with the most competitive rates in
     the market. PanamericanTranslation.com has a simple direct pricing system that relies on the following: the number of
     words of the source language, the time required to complete the translation, the complexity, technicality or specialty of the
     text to be translated, and the required delivery date of the project.

4.- The prices are agreed with the client at the beginning of each project and also include proof- reading, text edition and the
final analysis by a second qualified translator.

5.- PanamericanTranslations.com backs all translations accomplished by our translators. If the customer is not completely
satisfied with an assignment, then we will work with the client to deliver the final project to its complete satisfaction.

6.- PanamericanTranslations.com requires a partial payment of 50% upfront of the total project cost, and the remaining
balance at delivery of the assignment.

7.- For no reason will be responsibility of PanamericanTranslations.com if the translation does not keep a satisfactory way,
     particularly for advertizing and promotional material. The services are limited to a simple translation unless other instructions
     have been specifically requested.
     PanamericanTranslations.com is not responsible for drafting the translated text, for example the style of advertising that
     is different from the original text.

8.- The company is not liable for delays caused by malfunctioning equipment and software such as computers, modems,
     faxes and/or e-mail addresses of other service providers as well as carriers not directly controlled by
     PanamericanTranslations.com.

9.- In case a customer is not satisfied with the translation and makes his claim within the 90 day time frame specified,
PanamericanTranslations.com will deliver a corrected version of the translation as soon as possible.

10.-In the event of an imperfection in a part of the translation, for no reason this will be motive to question the whole translation.
PanamericanTranslations.com ,reserves the right to make changes to the translation in these cases.

PanamericanTranslations.com ,and its suppliers do not recognize any responsibility or condition related to services provided including implicit guarantees such as terms of salability, suitability for a particular purpose, ownership and inviolability of the rights of others. PanamericanTranslations.com and related suppliers shall not be liable in any way for damages incurred either direct, indirect or any other loss related to the right of use, deprivation of data, profits or benefits whether of a result of contract, negligence, or other negative actions arising from or in any way related to PanamericanTranslations.com.
